Beatrice and Patrick Trottin are pleased to offer you a fully equipped cottage . It is situated in the Sarthe countryside, 10 minutes from Le Mans and its famous 24 H. Our building dates back to 1900 and has been completely renovated to offer the best possible reception . It is located near the A28 and A11 and only 10 minutes from Le Mans.

We offer all the necessary services ( linen rental , cleaning fee , providing breakfast optional) , you just need to put your bags . This character cottage is ideally placed to take advantage of the events offered on the circuit 24h and around . WIFI access is also available to our customers. Rental weekend or week or any period on request.
